Custom Shaders, New Mechanisms, Interactions, Highlighting effects

So this update brings, interaction mechanisms to the different buildings.
Custom shaders for highlighting a building- adding outline and doing some color shifts. added rotating lights to make it more prominent.
Observer pattern used to notify different classes of events.
Also each building has it's own color and whenever the player interacts with it, the same color gets applied to the player. added a water shaded pool to the environment
